1. Service Description

QualityMindGlobal provides mindfulness training, mental resilience programs, and workplace wellbeing initiatives to South African companies. Our services include facilitated workshops, digital course materials, coaching sessions, and organisational assessments. All services are delivered as described in the applicable service agreement or proposal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Continued use after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Rights and Obligations

Client responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information, ensure participant availability for scheduled sessions, and maintain a safe environment for program delivery. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary internal approvals before engaging our services.

Our responsibilities: We commit to delivering services with reasonable skill and care, maintaining confidentiality of client data, and using qualified facilitators. We reserve the right to modify program content as needed to reflect current best practices, provided the core objectives remain unchanged.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, QualityMindGlobal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
